— baked to a standard, never to a price.
Why we're different
What it's made of is the whole point.
Most treats you can get delivered are built for shelf life, not for quality; mass-produced and stacked with additives. We do the opposite. Every brownie, blondie, cookie and cake is baked the way you'd make it at home, with real ingredients you can actually name:
— Organic flour & organic eggs
— Brown sugar & real butter
— Organic jams & proper Belgian / dark chocolate
— No seed oils, preservatives or artificial additives in anything we bake
— Nothing industrially ultra-processed
— Wrapped in plant-based NatureFlex: plastic-free & compostable.
We'd sooner raise a price than drop a standard.

Our story
We couldn't find it. So we made it.
We started Munchyhub because we couldn't find a treat worth ordering at home.
The good stuff — real, handmade, properly made — only existed at the bakery down the road, and only if you happened to live near one. Everything else we could actually get delivered was industrially ultra-processed built for shelf life.
So we set out to fix it: artisan desserts, made with real ingredients and the care we'd give our own family, delivered to any door in the UK.

Ready to treat yourself?
Not convinced yet?
1. Are your treats actually baked fresh?
Yes — we bake fresh every day, never from frozen. With no preservatives, our bakes aren't made to sit around, and between online orders and our cafe they go fast.
So what reaches you is genuinely fresh, made the way you'd make it at home.
2. When will my order arrive, and where do you deliver?
Order before 2pm and we dispatch the same day on a next-day, fully tracked delivery service — you'll get a tracking number (via Email, SMS, WhatsApp) the moment it's on its way.
If we've sold out of something, we may take one extra day to bake a fresh batch rather than send you anything less.
We deliver right across the UK, and delivery is free on orders over £45. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
3. How long do they keep, and how should I store them?
Keep your bakes in a cool, dry place or in the fridge, away from direct sunlight or heat.
Each piece is individually sealed to help maintain freshness — just leave them in their original packaging until you're ready to enjoy them.
From the day your order is delivered, they keep fresh as follows:
• Room temperature or fridge: up to 10 days
• Freezer: up to 3 months
Thawing before serving:
• From the fridge: about 20 minutes at room temperature
• From frozen: 1–2 hours at room temperature (larger bakes may take longer)
4. What if my order arrives damaged or isn't right?
Damaged in transit, the wrong item, or something missing? We'll put it right.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo, and we'll sort a replacement, credit or refund.
We can't take returns down to taste or preference, though — taste is personal, and as freshly baked, perishable food can't be sent back and restocked.
We bake and pack everything ourselves, and we stand behind it. So we're confident in the quality that goes into every box. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Do you cater to allergies or dietary requirements?
Not currently. We bake in an open kitchen, so our products contain, and can come into contact with: gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, etc.; full allergen details are on every product page.
We don't make "free-from" versions yet, and we won't until we can do it without industrial ulta-processed substitutes.
Using cheap fake replacements just to tick a box isn't us — when we do it, we'll do it properly.
6. What's in them — and why "organic-led" instead of "organic"?
We bake with organic flour, organic eggs, organic jams, real butter, brown sugar and proper Belgian chocolate — and leave out seed oils, preservatives and artificial additives. Nothing is ultra-processed.
We say "organic-led" rather than "organic" for one honest reason: most of our key ingredients are organic, but a few minor ones aren't certified — so we'd never stamp "organic" on the whole box. We'd rather just tell you exactly what's inside.
7. Can I mix flavours in one box?
Not at the moment — each box is a single flavour, and there's a reason.
Mixing would mean breaking into several trays and leaving the rest to go stale, and we won't sell anything that isn't freshly baked.
There are also allergen concerns, so we don't want to mix things up.
One flavour per box keeps every piece at its best.
Fancy a range? Just order different boxes together, or place a subscription that you can change to a different product for each billing period while still maintaining your subscription discount.
8. Are you an actual bakery?
Yes — a real one.
We bake everything ourselves in our Salford / Greater Manchester bakery, and we also run a cafe that you can walk into, meet our team, and enjoy our bakes.
Munchyhub started because genuinely good, fresh treats were locked to whoever lived near a good bakery — so we set out to send that quality to any door in the UK.
9. Do you reward regulars?
Yes. Every online order earns you reward points to put toward future treats — because the people who keep coming back are the ones we most want to look after.
